- Enter the email address you used to register for Brightsquid Secure-Mail™.
- An email will be sent to your address immediately with a link to the password reset page. Follow the instructions to reset your password and log in to your account.
- Do not share your password with anyone, including coworkers and Secure-Mail Support agents. Your Secure-Mail™ account should remain private. Each team member using the service will need their own log in details.
- Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters in length with at least one upper-case character and one number.
