Downloading a Single Image
1. To download a single image, from files attached to a Secure-Mail message, mouse click on the download arrow to the bottom right of the file:
2. Your web browser would subsequently complete the action:
Mozilla Firefox download - Click 'OK' to save file.
Microsoft Internet Explorer Download - Click 'Save', to save the file
Alternatively, with IE, click the drop down arrow next to 'Save' for additional options
Google Chrome - Chrome would download the file without a prompt and provide post download options by clicking the drop down menu arrow
Downloading a Single Image, Right Mouse Click Action
The right mouse click action, on a single file attached to the secure message, allows the file to be downloaded to a selected location:
Mozilla Firefox right mouse click download
Right mouse click on download symbol, for the individual file to be downloaded, and then select 'Save Link As...'
Microsoft Internet Explorer
Right mouse click on download symbol, for the individual file to be downloaded, and then select 'Save target as...'
Right mouse click on download symbol, for the individual file to be downloaded, and then select 'Save link as...'
Right mouse clicking on the thumb nail image, of the attached file(s), does not complete the download action. This would only download the thumb nail which, when uploaded to the patient's profile in the patient care practice management system, would look distorted.
Downloading Multiple Images attached to a Message
Select Download all to download multiple attachments in a Secure-Mail™ message at once. This button will only be visible when viewing a Secure-Mail™ message with files attached.
